Process Improvement

CTC uses Six Sigma Methodology to lead your team in developing or enhancing production and support processes.  Activities can include developing measurement systems, analyzing results, and developing cost benefit analysis for improvement projects. We can help you identify key improvement factors, specify the solution, and implement the fix.

Process Developmnent

CTC can lead the customer team in developing new processes with a focus on automation. Activities can range from focused improvements on a single step in a process to developing an entire automated production line.

Documentation – processes and procedures related to new or existing processes, maintenance, or corporate governance.  Examples include documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, Developing or Enhancing Safety Programs or Quality Programs and Developing Sustainability programs.
